I am a 78 year old, lifetime fitness and health nut, former marathoner - who has in recent years let myself relax, ultimately leading to a dangerous loss in bone density. Longview Physical & pots Therapy staff are friendly & helpful. Their Therapist are helping me to be able to walk better & to keep my balance & not fall again. They are also helping ease the pain in my back & legs by strengthening my muscles.
John explains what is physically going on with my leg at each phase and has helped me to set and achieve reasonable goals.
My Physical therapy has been so beneficial helping with pain and balance ! I have worked mostly with Beth but I’ve also seen Emma . Both are professional, knowledgeable , kind and make the sessions, (tho sometimes challenging) something I look forward to each wk.. I highly recommend both therapists !
