Ridiculous 2025 lot rent increase of 54% in a 55 and over community with the majority of residents on social security.
Rent hikes of 50% with less than 1 months notice to seniors on a fixed income is unethical and the perfect example of greed.

I live in Willow Run, a 55 and over community in Royersford, PA. Longview is out management company and they have increased the rent on the land by 50 per cent with 30 days notice and a decrease in services. This is excessive, unconscionable to seniors and a result of pure greed. I believe that hey are are trying to avoid a future PA law that will require landlords to justify their increases, There is presently one waiting in the Senate.
