Staff and technicians are always helpful and friendly
I am giving a 1-star rating only because the technicians are good. Longview cable has really gone downhill the last few years, I had them 4 years ago and because I had to move due to life, they charged me almost $632 for a cancelation fee that I was not even aware of until I got the bill. I was never late paying my bill. Now that I have them again I have so many issues with it cutting off on me. I work from home and at least 4 to 7 times a week the internet will just stop working.
