an absolute cluster flock
Went to Genesis of Longview today to look at a new car. There are several other brands we still plan to look at before we make our decision and this was our first day shopping and our first time looking at Genesis. We were helped by Travis Mosley. He was very thorough, helpful and patient with us. I can be kind of tough on sales personnel. I do not like to be pushed, talked down to, treated like I am stupid or lied to. I would just like to say my experience with this service team was excellent. They took the extra time to find out exactly what our problem was and had it taken care of. Shout out to Bailey Z. my service advisor for her great help.
Overall Genesis service experience horrible, 1) They don’t honor their warranty (service will find a way to not cover) 2) Service representatives unavailable most of the 3months they had my vehicle 3) Out of pocket paid at pick up, they can’t find my car on the lot after confirmation of pick up 4) Finally they locate and bring car, it’s filthy from the 3months of being at the shop!!! No wash or vacuum after a $8k repair job!!! First and last Genesis!!!!! Not worth the money nor the headache!!!
