I would just like to say my experience with this service team was excellent. They took the extra time to find out exactly what our problem was and had it taken care of. Shout out to Bailey Z. my service advisor for her great help.
Overall Genesis service experience horrible, 1) They don’t honor their warranty (service will find a way to not cover) 2) Service representatives unavailable most of the 3months they had my vehicle 3) Out of pocket paid at pick up, they can’t find my car on the lot after confirmation of pick up 4) Finally they locate and bring car, it’s filthy from the 3months of being at the shop!!! No wash or vacuum after a $8k repair job!!! First and last Genesis!!!!! Not worth the money nor the headache!!!

I love Genesis vehicles. This is my second Genesis and to drive in a luxury vehicle with a sporty feel is an amazing feeling. This one is a 2.5t 2025. The smell of a new car is like smelling one of my favorite perfumes. The color I have is a basic color but it's still an eye catcher . Genesis of Longview really did show that they were interested in helping me get in my vehicle. When they say they'll do their best to help you, they really do mean it. See ya in the wind ♀️
