I tried to remain optimistic when I pulled into the lot, but unfortunately the experience quickly fell short of expectations. The waiting area was severely dated, cramped, and not reflective of the luxury experience Genesis promotes. Drove all the way from Monroe La these people pull my credit seen that I had perfect credit the car that I pick they never would say what the price was they keep running out the office given overpriced prices on the car i picked they wanted 88000 for a 2026 gv 80 coupe with a little over 5000 miles on it then they tried to sell me a 2025 gv80 coupe with 15000 miles on it still for 81000 then when we ask to speak with the manager he would not come out the office but when we was finna leave he came out and walk passed us with ... read more
an absolute cluster flock
Went to Genesis of Longview today to look at a new car. There are several other brands we still plan to look at before we make our decision and this was our first day shopping and our first time looking at Genesis. We were helped by Travis Mosley. He was very thorough, helpful and patient with us. I can be kind of tough on sales personnel. I do not like to be pushed, talked down to, treated like I am stupid or lied to.
