Gave Mother’s Day bouquet to someone else.. claimed person knew my name they pulled up security footage to show suspect but I’ve never seen that man in my life before. Obviously shop fault for not asking for ID or email confirmation. Paid 95 for a bouquet and the remade bouquet looked like the 75 dollar ones. The person attending me got upset when I rightfully asked for a refund when I didn’t like the bouquet even though she claimed it was ‘the same flowers’ the bouquet was not to my taste as the original.
My mom has been taking care of me for 2 months after my surgery. I ordered her flowers in a way to say thank you. Longview Flower Shop delivered above and beyond! Thank you again for making her day as well as mine. You will be my go to shop from now on! THANK YOU!
Beautiful flowers and nice people. We had a little mishap for Valentine's day but they more than made it up to me and my husband. I will definitely use them again!!
