My experience was courteous, expedient, and professional staff. I do not understand some of the negative reviews. That simply was not my experience. Everyone was friendly and had a sense of humor. Doctor Nugyen was friendly and personable. I cannot say that I have ever heard a dentist sing to the background music during the procedure. Nice touch doctor Tina! One thing I can say is she is fast. Would never go back. Was treated awful by the front desk. Their payment collection and billing process is a joke. It was a bad experience all around .

Your receptionist is really friendly. The doctor and her assistant are not that friendly at all. They hardly talk to you. They never ask you how you're doing during the procedure or even after the procedure.

I had a pleasant reception, clear communication, care for my needs, needed availability, quality work, and clear communication of the costs. I consider this experience to have been excellent. During the root canal itself the doctor and assistant were very pleasant and enjoyed working with each other while still attentive to my needs and the task at hand. This is important to me, because I want the team working on me to work well together so it can be done quickly and done well!
