Would never go back. Was treated awful by the front desk. Their payment collection and billing process is a joke. It was a bad experience all around .
Your receptionist is really friendly. The doctor and her assistant are not that friendly at all. They hardly talk to you. They never ask you how you're doing during the procedure or even after the procedure.
I had a pleasant reception, clear communication, care for my needs, needed availability, quality work, and clear communication of the costs. I consider this experience to have been excellent. During the root canal itself the doctor and assistant were very pleasant and enjoyed working with each other while still attentive to my needs and the task at hand. This is important to me, because I want the team working on me to work well together so it can be done quickly and done well!
Was a bit concerned with the reviews posted here.. However, went to the office to make my own conclusion. From the time I walked in, the office is clean and orderly and very professional. The front desk was very kind and courteous. When taken back to the exam the assistant was amazing and gentle with the x-rays considering where the tooth that I was having a problem with is.
