This was my 2nd encounter with DP. This encounter did not set well with me, in that my truck was kept more than 6 weeks. I took it in for one thing and before I got it back it evolved to a 2nd problem. I had to initiate the call to check on the repair progress. I felt that customer service should have called at least weekly on a status update.
