I had a full on hipster beard before coming here. I asked them to clean up the loose hairs and the pecker head took clippers right through the beard right below the chin. He took off over 1.5 inches! He left my beard a half in on the bottom yet a full inch on the side. I'm so pissed off right now. Don't ever go to this place.
