The apartment complex was great at one time. Now that staff aren't on the property anymore, residents throw garbage in the grass, this one tenant has a pitbull that they refuse to clean up behind. Maintenance only half clean the property. There's been the same exact garbage in the walkway over 2 weeks now. Need to have staff on-site, as to remind tenants to pick up after their dog and to throw trash in the garbage, not on the grass.
