The guy wanted 3500 to remove a tree that had already fallen near the road with no obstacles. I had someone quote me 1500 a few weeks ago to take the tree down when I was still standing. Guy was more willing to hop in his truck and leave than ask me what work I needed. I wouldn't his these guys just from this interaction alone.
