Kieshon (sp?) was the BEST !! He explained everything understandably and patiently. Also he had such a positive and friendly manner.( this was last year -2025 ) This year (2026) Charles and 3 other polite and efficient young men came several times and got our old system up and cooling again. 5 stars *****. The Adams . Again this year (August 2026). Charles came right away and took care of a problem with our thermostat and drain pipes. Very patient as usual and helpful with instructions on the new thermostat !! 5 more stars !... read more

Longsworth is a rare company that will give it to you straight. They have a wealth of knowledge and ability. I highly recommend
Longworth Comfort Air did an outstanding job. Our AC unit was hit with a power surge, but the surge protector we had on the unit saved the unit. We did have a few repairs that were required, which Charles was able to handle quickly. The repairs were a great deal less that purchasing a brand new unit. If you do not have a surge protector on your unit, you should!
