Kieshon (sp?) was the BEST !! He explained everything understandably and patiently. Also he had such a positive and friendly manner.
Excellent service, as always! Charles showed up on time, took the time to talk with me about any concerns, he tested the air, cleaned the inside and outside of the unit, then explained to me the service performed. Longsworth is a family run business and always do a great job. Professional, friendly, and trustworthy. Easily 5 stars out of 5!

Everyone at Longsworth is kind and courteous and not only focused on getting the job completed quickly and efficiently, but with a high level customer satisfaction. The service personnel are well trained and if ever there are questions, the owner, is always available to his staff. Longsworth also has an on call service for after hours emergencies! Very important in our summer climate and even after hours , they provide the same stellar service .
