Horrible wait, I needed to do a blood work and sat for over 2+ hours. Waiting room wasn’t packed. Never coming back
FYI… they won’t see kids without vaccine records in hand. Tried to take our 9yo to be seen. First, husband and daughter were sent downstairs. Then they wouldn’t see daughter because they didn’t have vaccine records. They suggested an entirely different urgent care instead. I’m not sure if this was some sort of miscommunication or if they truly expect parents to print out their vaccine records before leaving for urgent care. Went ahead and left because didn’t want to waste time before trying to get treatment.
