Very clean facility and knowledgeable staff. I was in and out in minutes. Grateful for places like this. Thanks.
Called to see what time they stopped accepting patients and the woman over the phone sounded annoyed that I even called. When I got there , I told them I wanted to get my child seen but was told that they only see patients over 12 , no big deal. Just did not like the attitude the woman at the desk had about it. I’m glad we couldn’t get seen cause I can only imagine how the rest of the staff would’ve been. If you’re gonna work a front desk job at least be more presentable lol.
It was easy making an appointment and I was happy that they took me right in. Both the nurse and PA were knowledgeable and friendly. The x-ray tech was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. The one lady at the front desk was very friendly but the other younger girl was so, so. I hope I don't have to go back, but if I do, it will be at the Longstreet Urgent Care center.
Great visit with complicated ailment. Provider took time to analyze and diagnose.
This service provides an excellent alternative to emergency room visits or work-in doctor office visits where minor health concerns are remedied and major concerns are addressed.
