I came here and was immediately taken care of by caring staff. They comforted and reassured me from the second I walked in and I'll forever be grateful.
I just want to say this has been the worst visit of all my history. When I got here, I had to make 2 Co-payments. 1 for the Ultrasound and 1 for the doctor . I wasn't aware of this. This was very unprofessional, I feel like they could have notified me ahead of time. Also the staff members were very loud in the Lobby Chit-chatting. I have never been so unhappy getting my exam done as much as I have today. I pray that there will be a change in the future. I feel like my hard earned money was wasted.
Great for in person treatment. horrible wait time over the phone. Very understaffed. Nurses in person are excellent Nurse via phone is rude and does not care about patients concerns.
Website misleadingly indicates 9am to 3pm Saturday hours. Arrived at 2:48 pm, then told that persons arriving after 2:45 pm are not served.
I saw Dr West and she is amazing. She listened to me, asked questions, and was able to help me get the antibiotics I needed to finally start healing and feeling better. As a chronic illness and pain patient a lot of doctors think that’s all I’m there for instead of helping me. I appreciate when doctors look at me as a normal person who gets sick sometimes because that is what was going on. Thank you
