My first visit to Longstreet Clinic and seeing Dr. Terrell. I found everyone from the front desk, to the nurses, Dr. Terrell and check out to be polite, friendly and caring. I was referred to Dr. Terrell at Longstreet clinic by my urologist, Sarah Nayebosardri P. A-C, because my last Gynecologist office a few years did not accept my insurance which has since changed. It was my first time with Dr Keshma but it felt like I had known her for a long time. She connected on so many levels, very professional, carried out all duties quick and swift. My lab results were read on time, updated my chart within few hours, recommended medication sent to the pharmacy within few hours of my visit. In summary, my visit was a pleasant experience. Dr. Keshma is amazing
I had a terrible experience this morning. I waited 45 minutes to be checked in for a nurse visit because the front desk lady was having a whole conversation about her date later on tonight. I finally went back to the back of the office and asked her to come check me and the girl behind me in, after telling her we both waited for 45 min (which is now 30 minutes over my appointment time). She then told me she would check me in, in a little bit. She finally came out but had an attitude the whole time.
