Dr. Schultz is phenomenal and this place is very nice. Well run with professional and courteous staff.
Terrible communication. We live in Habersham County. We went to the ER in Habersham and were referred to Dr. Justina and Hatchet. Called to make an appointment for an MRI of a brain AVM that was discovered at the Habersham ER. The MRI was going to be nearly $400. So we told them us being lower class and not having health insurance we’d just have to not come. We ended that phone call. Dr. Shultz is very knowledgeable and great bedside manor
I called 2 months ago to schedule a surgical consult for spinal stenosis and bonespurs in my c-spine. I show up for my appt 30 min early. Pay copay fill out papers. Front staff was nice. Go back foe my appt 30 min after appt time and they say they want an xray of my lower back. Strike one . I was there for my neck not lower back. I go into room and the PA comes in after the MA.
