I had previously left a 2/5 review due to the rude behavior of two members of staff. I also raised concerns within the office. Over a month later, they chose to address my concerns by canceling my appointment a few days in advance. This morning, I received a call confirming the timing of my surgery, and then an hour later, I received a call canceling my surgery. I find this practice untrustworthy and unprofessional. Half of the employees were lovely and informative. The other half were condescending and resistant to answering important questions. I wish I could leave 50% to accurately reflect the interactions that I have had but I'm going to round down.

I love this. This is my Doctor . He has done my thyroid. I had stage one cancer, he has done my breast cancer. I had stage one. I love this office so much and I love this doctor. New experience for me as this was my first surgery. My General Surgeon, Dr. Daniel Mullis is fantastic, one of the best medical professionals I have ever interfaced with. After my successful surgery the billing can be confusing if you haven't dealt with it in the past. Copay is required based on insurance coverage and each entity in the surgery service is paid separately by insurance or by you.
