Terrible experience with Dr Mary Read. Regret using her for breast surgery!!!
At my appointment, I had a nurse fail to answer my questions and actually call me names and insult me to my face. I raised my concerns within the office and via google. Over a MONTH LATER and 48 hours before my surgery, they chose to address my concerns by canceling my appointment at the last minute. Half of the employees were lovely and informative. The other half were condescending and resistant to answering important questions. I wish I could leave 50% to accurately reflect the interactions that I have had but I'm going to round down.
