The worst experience at a doctor’s office I have ever had. I would not recommend them one bit. Finally got an appointment. No doctors available for months so I had to see a PA. Got there at 9:20. They took me back at 9:30 for X-rays and to fill out paperwork. Yes I was supposed to bring my mri disc with me but I couldn’t find it. So the imaging center shared it to Northeast Hospital PACS system. Which at the front desk said they could see their stuff. Instead of a Doctor they want you to see the head nurse to handle the most sensitive and complex parts of your body. I injured my knee. Instead of a Doctor I saw a PA who told me it would get better and take pain killers. This went on for 8 months. The pain was excruciating. I requested to see a real doctor. I had to wait three months. Five minutes into the visit he says OMG you need surgery. I went across the street to someone else.
If you are a patient who needs a dr that is responsive, THIS IS NOT the practice for you! My husband needs to see a cardiologist as he has swollen ankles for over 2 months. The primary is aware of this. He needs to see a specialist to make sure nothing wrong with kidneys or heart. But the soonest the primary can see him is 30 days out to JUST write a referral. This place is worst. I have seen two doctors so far and both of them are least bothered to take care of my son. The ladies taking the history of my child were so damn lazy, simply sitting on phones. One of them came to seek his height and head circumference, and hasn’t checked his fever however he was having cold cough. We have to tell them to check for temperature .
