Three times I have scheduled remote calls with doctors at Longstreet and was charged $45 only to have the provider not even show on the call. The billing office refused to reimburse me. I like the doctors there but don't do remote calls. I was told today that they don't even support this in EPIC any longer yet I got the emails to schedule and set this up. Staff is kind, considerate, and efficient. I never have to wait long. Today, I came in with an issue and got an X-ray on the spot, an appointment for an MRI next week and an appt with PT (Dr. Quinn). Dr Prioleau listens and is responsive. No nose in a tablet. Shakes hands. Makes a patient feel seen. This hasn't been my experience in a very long time. Happy I found this practice.
If you can find another's doctor's office do it. They have the most rudest big girls at the front desk that are just unbelievable. Especially the big blonde that did at the little desk. She is the most rudest person I've ever met. It's like she's just not happy to be here. If you can go to a different office location, that's your best bet. Now I see why they have two stars.
I had leg bypass surgery this past month after being told I had no issue by a refferal from Jennifer Coppers office after being cleared by a longstreet doctor. Called today to try to get blood work arrange due to low hemoglobin and was told They hadn't seen me in over a year when I was there in February for the referral... I spoke with Kim who waS very rude telling me I couldn't get blood work done without appt. The worst experience at a doctor’s office I have ever had. I would not recommend them one bit. Finally got an appointment. No doctors available for months so I had to see a PA. Got there at 9:20. They took me back at 9:30 for X-rays and to fill out paperwork. Yes I was supposed to bring my mri disc with me but I couldn’t find it. So the imaging center shared it to Northeast Hospital PACS system. Which at the front desk said they could see their stuff.
