Went on vacation and a friend wanted to go look at bikes and I ended up trading mine in for a bigger bike. A week later my husband drove the 650 miles back down to trade his in. Great service! I had clutch issues talked to Scott about it and they got me in and fixed it right away without an appointment. I've bought 2 bikes from them and have always been treated like I was more than just a customer.
If you have not visited the NEW Longshore Cycle Center, you will be in for a surprise. The sales staff is ready to help you or will stay out of your way if you just want to look around. The parts guys are knowledgeable and can help you find what you need when you don't even know yourself. The crew in the shop are always friendly but I don't know how good they are because the 2 bikes I bought from them in 2012 have not needed any work done on them. :-) They carry all brands of bikes from cheap to really nice, new and used.
