I have a small commercial building in Greenwood, Indiana and I had a large Mulberry Tree that had grown up behind my building. The back of my building faces a residential subdivision. The subdivision has a 6 foot high cedar fence at the property line. The tree had grown up on my side of the fence and was 25 to 30 feet tall, and about 18 inches diameter at the base.
