Absolutely ridiculous they use an app that does not work and then when you try to reschedule due to bugs in their app, they make it your fault. I don’t wanna work for a company like that anyway no wonder why they’re always looking for people.
I love Ms. Morgan and Ms. Shelly, they are very nice, they make sure that you did everything that they sent over for you to do as in the drug screening to the packets they send you through your portal.
I would give this company zero stars if I could. My experience was horrible. I was subjected to racism, yelled at with profanity, and nearly hit by a door. I was harassed and falsely accused, and the company did not defend or support me. It feels like they prioritize pleasing clients over protecting their workers’ rights. Staff did not follow proper safety protocols—PPE requirements for drawing blood were ignored and there were no adequate spaces for hand hygiene. They have emailed me to make an interview with a hiring manager and twice the supposed hiring manager hasn't called. I'm starting to think this company is a scam.
