We honestly should have left this practice two years ago after our first encounter with below average customer service, but we decided to continue to give grace and have a lot of patience. We’ve dealt with too many to count wrong charges, too many to count front desk service that is beyond explainable...how these women got hired is truly a wonder or I guess another way to describe it is, ANYONE can get hired to pretend to know what they’re doing at the front reception desk at Longs Peak Family Practice.
