Scheduling is a mess, communication is lacking. It seems like they don’t really care about helping but just getting you in and out. Not a good experience.
Doctors are competent however do not agree with billing practices (double billing if more than one issue shared). Overly laborious appointment requirements for things that can be a message, email or quick phone call.
Allison Mitas and her team are efficient, effective, and careful in the best way. always provide excellent care and are attentive to concerns.
