I took my vehicle to this body shop for repairs. Mr. Long estimated around 500 more dollars than what the insurance company had allocated for the repairs. I gave him a copy of the insurance assessment and clearly stated he must call their supplement line and have the estimate supplemented before ANY repairs. Instead of having the assessment supplemented he just put the scratched plastic parts back on instead of buying new ones that were included in the insurance companys estimate. Nothing but LAZINESS!
Had a vehicle accident on feb 14 2011 rear end damage ,took my vehicle to longs scotty the owner was very professional and helpful took the estimate and actually saw some things the insurance missed work with the insurance company to get it resolved at no inconvenience to me or my family!! My vehicle was ready ahead of the promise time and they called me i was delighted the repair was great looked like i never had damage!You know i have had my vehicle repaired in a dealership setting and what a mistake!!!! i would recommend ... read more
