I’ve noticed that an employee at this location is recording content for social media. While I understand the marketing angle, it can make customers uncomfortable especially when they’re unintentionally in the background. A grocery store should feel like a private, relaxed space for shoppers. I’d appreciate clearer boundaries around filming to respect customer privacy. It’s unprofessional and intrusive.
I have been shopping at this Longo’s since they opened the doors. Sadly to say that after all these years of being a loyal customer I am extremely disappointed! Ever since sobey took over it has gone down hill. There shelves are often empty and when you ask the staff they blame the trucks not arriving. The deli counter is now pathetic. So pathetic that their staff complains about it as well. How do you not have mortadella on a Sunday afternoon when people are making lunches for the week??!!
