I love food with flavor. I don’t see how some of the big chain BBQ joints even survive when the food is virtually flavorless. Guess the customers just haven’t looked for anything better. Longoria’s is delicious. My favorite is their in house made brisket / beef sausage, brisket chili and the spareribs. Their seasoned shoestring fries are fabulous as well. Not to mention the friendliness of the staff. My new spot for great BBQ.
