Review long over due on till resently this week I was reminded of him, Dr Franklin Lango I was a patient of his during that time for over three years and seeing him every three months when my last visit he told me he saw something in my eye he didn't see before, after my visit I was told the doctor don't take my insurance because I had changed my insurance provider he recommend me to a another doctor that was clueless like him because of my persistent my insurance found a doctor for me that was a God's send that's when I fou... read more
Dr. Longo is good; patient in explaining your condition and answering your clarifications. Unfortunately, the entire office staff, including the receptionists, assistants are very very unprofessional. Not friendly, no patience and very rude, like they are doing you a favor. And the excrutiatingly painful long period that I was there (2hours!), they gave no updates, walked in on the doctor while he was examining and were abrupt. I would not recommend this place because of staff, not the doctor.
Receptionist who answers the phone is beyond rude. She accuses you of arguing with her when you pose a question. She NEVER returns a call as she states she will. Office is like an assembly line. No personalization by dr. You see him for 3 -5 minutes tops. Has paraprofessionals do the rest. Do not even consider asking to be rescheduled an appt., even though they leave a message on your phone instructing you to call, if you need to. If you to, (even 48hrs b4), it is considered a no show.
