I have an Oakley, and a Bomberg watch that needed their batteries changed. They’re not necessarily luxury watches but they’re not cheap either. I brought them both in to have their batteries changed. All of the employees were very knowledgeable on handling the watches. Bill did not claim to be an expert but it was clear that he was. I probably could’ve done the Oakley myself, but I wouldn’t have been able to figure out the Bomberg watch.
