The techs who performed my MRI were amazing. The gentleman who was working at 230 pm on Sept 19 was just that, a gentleman. He was a Angel holding my hand to calm me down. I am so claustrophobic and he went above and beyond. Thank you sir for your compassion and kindness. I hope your management team sees this and recognizes you. Thank you to all of the staff that made this so much easier for me.
The emergency department is shockingly bad. We will be going out of network in order to avoid having another awful experience in the future. Highly recommend finding another place for your children in an emergency.
