LPG has managed rental properties for us for several years now. Have had nothing but a positive experience with them, particularly after the change in ownership. Andrea and everyone else there are always pleasant, responsive and proactive in their approach. All questions and issues have been resolved quickly and with great communication. They treat the tenants with care and fairness and any property issues are quickly addressed.

Some of the worst people you could hope to have in charge of your home. After reporting previous damage within the first couple of weeks after move-in (holes in the front door, ripped screen doors, missing window screens, etc.) the owner of the company sent aggressive emails citing the early moveout clause in the lease while blaming us for the damage.
