Great service with tremendous responsiveness!. Special call out to Andrea and Kathy . They were on top of all the maintenance work that was needed when the previous tenants moved out. They were in constant communication with me for finding the next tenant . Highly recommended property management company.
Longmont Property Group has been wonderful to work with as a home owner. They are responsive, have a good website, and notify me of any issues with the property so we can take care of it as soon as possible (e.g. issues with stove or maintenance, etc.). They have recommendations on leasing and the renters they have chosen and screened have been very good so far. Highly recommend and would definitely steer folks to use Longmont Property Group.
