The low rating is for Dr Warren. Not her staff. I went to a scheduled followup appointment with Dr. Warren and was told that the doctor was too busy to see me. I found that unprofessional, disappointing, and unacceptable since Dr Warren stated she would see me to talk about my biopsy results and how to proceed with treatment. I will not schedule another appointment.
