I have been trying to reach LAC about private swim lessons. Emailed the contact and waited days before calling directly because I had not heard back. Then talked to someone who couldn't answer my questions and told me the contact would get back to me. Still haven't heard anything.
People just like to talk trash because they can... I love this place, yes it needs some updating but it has a great concept and foundation. They have everything you'd want in a gym: Pool, sauna, steam room, basket ball court, standard weight room, power lifting room. It's spacious, great for families, plenty to do, and super friendly staff. Cannot say enough good about this gym. I've had member ships all over longmont but this is the place I prefer because of its diversity. Highly recommend:)
LAC is a great gym to come to to Workout and come bring Your kids to swim! Friendliest staff and very welcoming! Highly recommend!

So I have been a member of LAC for 20 years and a year ago I joined Golds gym! Gold's has been wonderful. It is clean and fresh and lots for new and innovative classed but I maintained my LAC membership even though I wasn't attending ,sort of felt loyalty and wanted to support the neighborhood business . I was really sad to leave but things had been heading downhill for so long. Then I finally got around to canceling my membership and it's been a knockdown drag out with the membership person. It's such a sad ending!!
Love the LAC, friendly staff, fun for the kids and always get a great workout.
