I’ve only been going for a little over a month, but Sophia has helped me work through multiple different things within that time frame through EMDR. I’ve been very pleasantly surprised with how quickly I was able to notice a difference in my daily life working with her in our session. Absolutely recommend!

A lot of mixed reviews, but he did great. Helped me alot, and listened well. He has good personality, and is straight forward. More than likely the negative reviews are from people who want things sugar coated. Go to him if you want things to be figured out the right way!
