Lack of follow through and reneging of a verbal agreement on managing my property is what led me to leave this review. I was referred over through my previous PMG, and after an initial phone call with Cody who sounded professional, effective and kind, I decided to proceed. I followed up, per his request to submit additional info via email and text and allowed the time he requested for turnaround. I texted again and still no response so decided to call.
