Poorly run. Nurses and aides sorely under staffed but the ones we dealt with tried. ADON and DON incompetent with no follow up or concern. Halls and nurses station left empty because they're all outside smoking. Furniture and shower/bath run down and faulty. No communication from doctor. Personal property missing and they don't care. People that answer the phones can be rude and lacking knowledge. No professionalism.

The staff wasn't overly rude, but they weren't very polite either. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of any place better to suggest.

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Would you recommend this nursing home to others? I Already Have Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

The business office staff is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They helped me with the Medicaid approval process also (every step of the way). The caregivers in the Alzheimer's unit are incredible. My mother has not fallen in 4 months. The last few months at a private pay Memory Care center, she fell 2 - 3 times per month.. I could not be happier with her care at Longmeadow.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Not at all, its out in the boondocks Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? All the time! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all.
