Horrible HOA. More interested in nickel and dining residents than improving the community. Landscaping companies have progressively gotten worse. Snow removal companies trap cars and leave surplus snow pushed in front of cars. Leave the sidewalks dangerously icy. Pool management has declined horribly. Importing life guards that don't speak english from other countries. All while raising HOA and condo fees.
Security has become a serious concern here. Cars are being stolen and windows broken with troubling frequency. If you’re considering moving here, I’d strongly recommend thinking twice. It no longer feels like a safe place to live.
It's a quiet place to raise our daughter and a nice area to live in. I moved in early 2020, and condo fees have risen exponentially. I don't understand why the condo fees are so expensive, even after looking at the operating budget.

The HOA are the worse homeowner have to deal with. You paying them monthly and all they do is making you fix everything to new. The house was build over 30 years ago. U cannot expect everything to look new. It’s your own home, not theirs.
