The best experience that i ever had with any dealership in Ontario ! Dmytro the salesperson helped me with the vehicle that i was exactly looking for and Gary ,Financial Services Manager helped me with financing Everything was done very quickly within one day !
Don’t buy Kia for their worst customer experience. I own a Kia but they are not willing to give a compliance letter to import into US. Lot of my other friends got it from other manufacturers but Kia is hiding something on their Canadian models so they are just getting some nervous. Worst experience with the customer service. Good bye Kia. Sold my car and bought another nice Japanese one. Unfortunately this review is not for the this dealership but for the brand as a whole.
Avoid KIA Markham at all costs!!!! I’ve never experienced such rude and unprofessional service in my life. I went there after Kia Canada confirmed that any dealership could help me learn the features of my brand-new Kia Carnival. Instead, I was met with complete disrespect and attitude especially from the manager, Andrew. He made it very clear they wouldn’t help simply because I didn’t buy the car from them, and spoke to me like I was a burden instead of a customer.
