I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you are purchasing a new or used vehicle. My experience started off positive, however once my circumstances changed, I felt there was very little empathy, understanding, or genuine care from the dealership. From the sales manager to the finance manager to the GM, it felt like policies and profit mattered more than the customer. Very disappointing experience overall.
Top notch customer service, I truly appreciated the way Lux and the other staff helped me out when I had some concerns about my car. At a time when it’s financially hard for everyone it’s good to know there are still people that can be trusted.
Do not get your car serviced here. It is a waste of your time and money. I purchases a new Kia Sportage at Markham Kia in November 2025. Upon pick up, I noticed a paint chip on the hood of the vehicle. Management agreed it was a chip and said they would have it fixed. I had to bring my car back another day for their service department to fix it, and after leaving my car there for the entire day they basically just used a pain pen to put a blob of paint over the chip that was visibly noticeable, and not at all smooth... it lo... read more
