Update: Markham Kia is hiding bad reviews so I am reposting my initial review below. Buyer beware when dealing with this dealership. Rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Everything others have said about sales manager Robert Hall in their reviews is absolutely true. Bought a used CRV few months back. Car and everything was great. Good service by Dorel and Boan. However few things were lied about. 1) it was mentioned that car was detailed which it wasn't. Apparently it was a $450 package done free but it wasn't the case at all. 2) Cars front brakes were faulty but it wasn't fixed as it's not part of safety. I later found out it was. Had to pay myself to fix it. 3) Fees were added in which had to be negotiated out.
I went in to take a look at the Niro and the Sportage and the sales rep that helped me, Terence, was amazing. He was super helpful, showed me every single feature of the cars from the exterior to the interior, and answered every question I had. Amazing service if you see Terence he is the man to go to!
DO NOT TRUST THEM, SPECIALLY FOR PRE-OWNED PURCHASES! Bought a car, and the next day in Aug 2024 (YOU READ IT RIGHT, IT'S BEEN A YEAR WITHOUT RESOLUTION) one warning message on the dashboard popped out, they told me to go on the original carmaker dealership to service as they didn't have the capability to do so and promised the refund of the service fee.
