Brookelle was so great in setting up a couples appointment to get a bracelet. She provided different options and at the time there weren’t many charms in stock due to an event she had prior and offered to let us know when we can come back in to get those charms! I have had this bracelet for over a year now and still has the same shine! Will be back for my next piece!
