My experience at Longley Supply was disappointing, mainly because of the customer service. The lady working at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the way she spoke to us, it felt like she was irritated that we were there and did not want to help us. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of how busy the business is. Bought new spout for shower & the diverter was broken. I had to call a plumber & he put in a new spout with working diverter & I was told sorry, nothing they could do now. I won't be referring anyone to them & either is my plumber.
Will not be recommending my clients to the store located in Jacksonville, NC. The sheer lack of communication and rudeness they had towards a potential customer.
