From the phone call to schedule my appointment, all the way through the reminder system and appointment, Dr. Dhima, Juliet, Shanon, (and team!) provided a great patient and customer experience. Amazing practice! Dr. Dhima is professional, kind and thorough. The staff is friendly, kind, thorough, professional, courteous, outgoing, experienced. Plus they are the nicest, funniest ladies one could ask for. I have never had, nor expect to have, a bad experience here. They are timely in their work. I love being under their care.
Dr. Dhima is professional and thorough. She is the best optician my family has used, and I highly recommend her office. All the ladies on staff are sweet, pleasant and helpful.
