They tow your car with no concern about your vehicle. I was parked in my own spot and they still towed me and damaged my vehicle in the process.
They go to these apartments, ask for their business, and then tow a New Resident Car. Yes New, I’ve only been here for 3Days and got towed by these Criminals!!! I’m seeking legal assistance on this! Update March 2020: Getting my money back. If u have a complaint on towing practices make it at Tx department of licensing regulation TXDLR. I was surprised they were even still working on the complaint.
