It's ok not bad
Just had lunch here and it was a terrible experience. My wife’s burger was dry and bland, and my Parmesan crusted chicken was rubbery, salty, and disgusting. I was surprised when I saw the chicken entree on my bill at the end of the meal, so I had to ask to have it removed, which was annoying and almost felt shady. Do you expect guests to pay for items that were returned?! It took the manager at least 15 minutes to take care of it, which is insane. We come to LongHorn often because we usually have a great experience, but today was very disappointing. The hostess, Bella, was extremely unwelcoming. Her tone and attitude from the moment she greeted us felt rude and unprofessional. When she seated us, she tossed the menus onto the table, which felt very unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses this because the way guests are welcomed when they walk in makes a big difference in the overall experience.
