Steak was sent back twice and it was still undercooked. This is the second time in a row. Done with this location.

I have to say this is the dirtiest resturant I’ve ever sat foot in. You are literally waking on food straws paper even baby pacifiers clutter broken down vacuums at the door and just dusty. We never do corporate places but we did and my god did we regret it. We was there a hour and had bread onion petals and one round of drinks. By the way an old fashioned is suppose to have ice. So after a hour no drink refills and no dinner order takin we asked for our check. There is clearly zero training and leadership in the restaurant.... read more

My family and I recently visited this LongHorn location, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet the standards we’ve come to expect from the brand. When we were seated, there were crumbs on the booth from the previous guests, and it was clear the area hadn’t been properly cleaned the table even had an unpleasant old dishwater smell. Our server also seemed disengaged and uninterested, which made the experience feel rushed and impersonal. There was no enthusiasm or warmth in the service, which was disappointing.
