UPDATE: About a week later a new technician was sent out. He properly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Yoba C.was the guy came out to fix our dishwasher 3/12 that wasn’t draining. He stated he fixed it according to the error that the dishwasher was giving. When he left the dishwasher was running, less than 10 mins after he walked out the door I heard the dishwasher beeping. I highly recommend Longhorn for appliance repairs!! They answered the phone, immediately scheduled the appointment for the following day, which was on a Saturday (no extra charge), effectively communicated multiple times with the technicians ETA, and the tech arrived early for the appointment. Yslan, the technician was absolutely fantastic! He located the issue, sourced the part and fixed the issue in less time than originally estimated. When the tech arrived he was courteous and polite. Repaired the cloth dryer which I thought an excellent service. It was short lived. The dryer worked once only. Next day when I realized I still had the same problem, I called them and left a message NO RESPONSE so I texted them again no response. Pathetic customer service
