Approximately $1,000 and 3 visits later, my appliance still doesn't work and they haven't returned two calls. Unprofessional.
I hired this group to fix my ice maker. They have been here 3 times within 8 weeks and within one day, it doesn't work yet again. I left a message for a call back and have heard nothing.
Do NOT use this company. They came out a week ago for a refrigeration repair(technician two hours late). They had to order a part and I initially agreed to the repair estimate and gave a $500 deposit. I called the next morning and stated the repair cost wasn’t a smart move for my appliance and would like to pay my service call fee and refund the $350 from the deposit. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a repair company. I contacted them for a washer repair and after 3 trips out and 2 replacement parts they were unable to repair my washer. I was told that I would receive a full refund for the job that was paid in full and never completed. It has now been over a month, and a refund has never been issued despite the service manager telling me day after day that it was being processed.
