Do NOT use this company. They came out a week ago for a refrigeration repair(technician two hours late). They had to order a part and I initially agreed to the repair estimate and gave a $500 deposit. I called the next morning and stated the repair cost wasn’t a smart move for my appliance and would like to pay my service call fee and refund the $350 from the deposit. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a repair company. I contacted them for a washer repair and after 3 trips out and 2 replacement parts they were unable to repair my washer. I was told that I would receive a full refund for the job that was paid in full and never completed. It has now been over a month, and a refund has never been issued despite the service manager telling me day after day that it was being processed. This is our second time using Longhorn. Fabian did a great job repairing freezer. He is very professional,friendly and got the job done quickly. It is good to know that when you get a quote from him you don’t doubt he is telling you the truth and will get you the best price he can.
