Martin did a great job! My dryer needed some minor repairs, and he did a great job fixing that. He took the time to explain things to me. There was an error made by me, but he showed a lot of patience in dealing with it. I was happy that he recommended the dryer duct cleaning service, also, because it was very clogged and a horrible fire hazard. I will call soon to have my AC ducts cleaned as well, which Martin took the time to request an estimate for me. I am very happy with Longhorn and Martin the Longhorn technician.

I was pleased with his knowledge and performance.
The only reason it wasn’t a five stars because it was a little bit hard to communicate with him since his English wasn’t that good but otherwise he did a fabulous job he even cleaned out behind my washing machine, swept it out for me. He was very thorough and he did have an app that he would say in Spanish and it would come back in English so all in all he did a fabulous job I would always continue to use you guys and I will always pass your name onto anybody else who’s looking for a washer dryer repair or anything else for ... read more
