I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Longhorn Services was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. My walk-in freezer wasn’t holding temperature, so I called Longhorn because their technician had worked on it before. On November 12, the technician diagnosed the issue as a bad fan thermostat and quoted me $1,260 after a discount. I approved it and paid a $600 deposit. I hired this group to fix my ice maker. They have been here 3 times within 8 weeks and within one day, it doesn't work yet again. I left a message for a call back and have heard nothing.

Do NOT use this company. They came out a week ago for a refrigeration repair(technician two hours late). They had to order a part and I initially agreed to the repair estimate and gave a $500 deposit. I called the next morning and stated the repair cost wasn’t a smart move for my appliance and would like to pay my service call fee and refund the $350 from the deposit.
