took 3 1/2 hours to change a tire, and then charged extra. said it would be 230 for tire and 75 for installation. no way in hell i shoulda paid 377 plus tax. they will get u for all they can i reccommend going to outdoor powersports or doing it your self if capable
I bought plenty of parts in there, I go in there looking for what I think I need which are female adapters for my floorboards. Was gonna order some n found one on the clearance rack, so she gets pissed and said she was tired of giving me information n me buying somewhere else, little did she know the pegs I had in my hand come from there and the clamps. I've been in this place approximately 4 times in 3 months n Everytime bought something. Very rude woman! I won't be back
RecommendedLarry and Andrea take this all very personally. Strive to get it right, take care of the customer, and train their techs to do what is required. Larry holds them all accountable. They are very friendly and will order ANYTHING you need. Have been doing this for a long time.
The folks at Longhorn Scooters are friendly and extremely professional. While traveling I needed a rear tire, they put a technician on my motorcycle immediately and had me back on the road quickly. Highly recommended and even if you don't need anything stop by and chat. Great folks Thanks

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. I had a brake issue with my Electra Glide and Larry fixed it within a few hours of driving in unannounced, no appointment or previous discussion of the problem. Some years ago, but I was extremely satisfied!
