The people at Longhorn were fast and friendly. We always come here for propane for our rv.
Not sure why but they flat out refuse to give us a receipt, EVER. Then charged our card without our consent for a contract that still has 3 months on it! When we asked for receipts and proof of said contract, she was extremely rude and refuses to refund the money or show us the contract. I'm looking to purchase my own tank and use another company. I reported them to BBB and our attorney is on it. Worst customer service ever. Unauthorized use of debit cards (against state and federal laws btw). Ridiculous. Do not use!!!!!!! *... read more

Ordered 100lb of propane on Jan, 12th 2024, somehow in 3 weeks we supposedly ran through it all (only thing that uses propane in our house is the furnace, Called Longhorn and told them the situation, they said they’d send a guy out to do a negative pressure test. When he shows up tries to tell us we just burned through it all already, and that he’d do a test but if it came pack positive we’d have to pay.
