Love you guys! I use y’all exclusively for my RV tanks. But PLEASE update your hours and days open on Google! I’ve always gotten tanks filled on Saturday mornings and just came by to find new hours closed on weekends after checking Google.
The people at Longhorn were fast and friendly. We always come here for propane for our rv.
Not sure why but they flat out refuse to give us a receipt, EVER. Then charged our card without our consent for a contract that still has 3 months on it! When we asked for receipts and proof of said contract, she was extremely rude and refuses to refund the money or show us the contract. I'm looking to purchase my own tank and use another company. I reported them to BBB and our attorney is on it. Worst customer service ever. Unauthorized use of debit cards (against state and federal laws btw). Ridiculous. Do not use!!!!!!! *... read more
