Cold nights in El Paso, Texas. Furnace went out and we had family coming in from outta town. No bueno but wait: Ian and the crew from Longhorn Maintenance to the rescue. I had an emergent water heater situation. I called in the morning and by midday I had a brand new water heater installed by friendly, customer service oriented, professional serviceman. I am very grateful for this company's willingness to extend themselves to serve their customers.
Our house is less than 5 years old and so far the ac has been repaired 3 times. This last repair was the compressor went out. The company I was using for warranty work said 3 months for the part. Another company told me 2 months. So we decided to get estimates for a new ac unit. I called Ian and told him the situation. He said, give me an hour.
