Great service…highly recommend.
Longhorn’s work created a serious safety risk for my friend and her family. After they worked on her heater twice and charged her a lot of money, her A/C later failed and another HVAC company inspected the system. They were shocked by what they found and specifically asked who had worked on it before because safety components appeared to have been bypassed, wiring was burned, and the prior work was left incomplete and unsafe. AC went out while we were out of town, Longhorn was recommended to us made a call and they said they would take care of us when we got back. Came back on a Monday night miserable night in the heat, but Rudy came out first thing Tues morning and got us running quick! Thank you Rudy and the staff at Longhorn!
