I was having trouble understanding and finding parts for a pump I installed in the lake. Cody walked me through step by step in store, and when I went to install it after hours on a Saturday, I was able to text and ask him a question about something I was confused about. Not three minutes later Cody calls me, and again walks me through how to resolve my issue. He went above and beyond when he didn’t have to and I will be using Longhorn for any irrigation or pump related projects I ever have.
