I had a surprisingly good visit for a CT scan at Longhorn Imaging Hutto! I’m claustrophobic & have a wide range of allergies & chemical sensitivities which can, and do, send me to the ER. Longhorn staff contacted me with a protocol to prevent a reaction to contrast dye. The visit itself went better than I hoped. Dawn-Marie at the front desk was friendly, professional & put me at my ease. The waiting area was spacious, and did NOT have an air freshener or any other smell I might react to…a rarity these days! Had the best service at this location Dawn-Marie & Candice were all amazing, made me feel comfortable the whole time!!!
The technician was excellent,kind,thoughtful and detailed. People are sometimes afraid going through it. I understand however the instructions they give you MUST prioritize first before you go. It's a very specific machine.
