The guys at Texas Longhorn Imaging, Rollingwood are the best! Max is super nice and respectful and their tech Mark is super awesome, very patient, understanding and knows people have anxiety when getting an MRI done and knows how to make you feel comfortable. The office is very nice. I like that you are issued scrubs and not a gown to wear. I highly recommend this place!
My first visit to Longhorn Imaging was nearly flawless and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Max at the front desk was warm, friendly, and professional- explaining my paperwork in perfect detail. As soon as my paperwork was complete, Mark (the tech) was ready for me. For anyone with claustrophobia, this is the place to schedule your MRI. Max and Mark made the experience a breeze. The “weight bearing” MRI machine was the least confining I’ve experienced. Plus the staff was courteous, professional and helpful throughout. I will use this location again for future MRI sessions.
Max and Mark were very courteous and respectful. I am very claustrophobic and they gave me time to prepare for my MRI and they were very patient with me. I definitely would recommend going to them is you ever need one
