My experience at Longhorn Imaging was excellent. Everything happened in a flawless efficient manner. The Technologist Mark was very skilled. The Patient Coordinator Max knew how to make the process smooth and appear easy. I’m very pleased with the service.
Max and Mark we’re very professional and easy to communicate with.
Max was beyond helpful in arranging my appointment and other appointments that had to be done at different imaging centers. When an appointment became available earlier, he took care of canceling all the other appointments and making sure I had all the proper paperwork. When I got there, Max continued his excellent customer service, which made my day so much better. I would definitely recommend this place! The facility is a relaxing atmosphere, and Max and Mark were so nice and made me feel so comfortable. Great experience!
Had a relaxing experience getting my first MRI, Mark my Technologist was very good at providing step by step instructions and making sure I was comfortable, warm, and entertained with some soothing music. My Project Coordinator Max was also able to get me an earlier appointment at a closer location, will be booking any future imaging needs here!
