This place is ridiculous and discriminates against people with disabilities! I'm appalled that things changed in a week. I went into this restaurant with a friend a week ago and wasn't wearing a mask due to my disability, yet a week later they(security) taunted me on the way out, and harassed me about not having a mask on, totally disregarding my medical exemption! it's discrimination! it's harassment, it's bullying of people with disabilities and it should be stopped. if they discriminate about this now... what's to come??�... read more
Went to eat at the chuckwagon tonight with my aunt like we do almost once a month sometimes more. Ordered the porterhouse steak special and was not impressed. Last few time our steaks have been slightly undercooked but this time it wasn't cooked at all on the inside. Completely raw with the outside seared. I do not recommend getting this special unless you like to send it back more than once for them just to either barely cook it to wjere you like it or to over cook it and ruin it altogether.

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The service here is far from great. My cousin just transitioned to Vegas from Chicago, and I paid for 11 nights with a gift card I had due to canceling my previous trip due to covid. Prior to check-in my cousin called the hotel to try to check-in early and the front desk staff (I believe Joanna is her name) refused to let her check-in due to her not having the gift card and a major credit card. I understand you get what you pay for. However, good customer service is the requirement from any establishment at the minimum. The fact that my reservation was paid in full prior to check-in with a gift card provided me a sense of security due to me transitioning to a new city. Joanna refused to allow me and my family to check-in due to us not having the gift card on hand and a major credit card. it's a locals casino very conveniently located and I always ein here!!
