Great Job!! – Own a 5th wheel trailer, one of the large windows broke. 2 RV dealers recommended 2 glass companies. I read reviews -chose Longhorn Glass. Was a liite aprihensive since one RVer didn't give a good review. So... I called: the receptionist was professional. Asked for info and then read it back to check everything was correct (it was). Exceptional service – This company and their employees were awesome to work with. My daughter's car was vandalized and she being a full time student was unable to meet with them. They picked up the keys from her, repaired the car AND vacuumed the glass AND returned the keys all before I got back to the office from lunch. AMAZING SERVICE!
GOT ME OUT OF A JAM!!! – So I go to U.T. and yes my car was broken into. I had 6 classes set up that day and couldn't leave. I called Longhorn Glass to get a estimate on my door glass the price was fair and so I proceeded to explain my issue with class and trying to get this done. They really went out of there way to help we , with picking up my keys from my roommate and going to my car at a parking garage while i went to all my classes. Worst Customer Service Ever! – Title says it all. Their customer service is awful. If anything goes wrong and you have to deal with them, you are in for hell. They will not call you back or be respectful of your wasted time. You will have to call them to get things fixed and basically do their job for them. I had them do work on my car a few months ago, and it turned out the glass wasn't sealed right. Then when I called to complain, they didn't care. GREAT customer service!! – I needed a window in my home replaced, I called Longhorn Glass they sent a technician named Mike to do a survey, he was very knowledgeable, I was impressed at how quickly they came out and had it replaced, very professional Company. It all started with the girls that answered the phone to Mike taking care of the window, everything went so smoothly , I totally will refer anyone that needs any glass for their home or auto to them, Great job!
EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PROFFESIONALISM – I recently had my windshield replaced by Longhorn Glass. The situation was that I went in on a Saturday, prior to them closing and the owner had already sent home the guys who put in the glass. I was leaving to go out of town and didn't want to get pulled over because my windshield was badly broken. The owner, whose name is Fred was very polite, courteous and funny. they cost me $1800 in damages – ok so they threw a window in my car but failed to clean out any of the broken glass inside the door panel..this caused the door locking mechanism to fail which would not allow me to unlock my car door. the OWNER came out to unlock the car door and he resulted in scratching ,gouging,and denting the area above the door panel and then tells my wife that he didnt do it ..it must have been the GUY WHO BROKE IN THE CAR blah blah blah....dude i found tool marks inside the car by the unlock button on ... read more
