Companies become insolvent, it’s apart of business. It’s a fundamental part of the system that there is losers and winners. Unfortunately, Longhorn lost this fight and took the appropriate legal action to seek resolve according to the courts. There were many factors and many players in this game. No one was scammed. It's so petty that the former owner of this company would leave a favorable review of this scam operation and try to deny and spin the truth. My parent's house had tornado damage. Longhorn took their money and provided hardly any work, and what was done was sub par. Didn't even get a dumpster, just piled a whole house worth of siding onto my parent's front lawn. After about a month of no returned calls and no work done, one of the sub contractors showed up at their house to retrieve all the materials left in the driveway. Ap... read more

Was a contractor with small crew, that handled a large amount of projects for longhorn. It was a shame how they treated their customers, and employees. Longhorn put me in situation owing my helpers thousands. Kyle Phillips is owner, and by discussing with other contractors, investors, homeowners, secretaries, etc.....Looks like everyone got screwed over big time.
